Captain Jeffrey Roy Dusang is a highly accomplished aviation professional with more than four decades of experience in the aviation industry. He served as a professional pilot for over 40 years before retiring, building an extensive career spanning flight operations, pilot training, aviation safety, and leadership.
Throughout his career, Captain Dusang held multiple Airline Transport Pilot Licences (ATPLs), including those issued by Kenya, Canada, the United States (FAA), and Ghana, with extensive experience operating and training crews on De Havilland DHC-8 aircraft.
He has held senior leadership positions in aviation safety and pilot training, including serving as a Director of Safety and Director of Pilot Training. His expertise encompasses flight safety management, simulator instruction, quality management systems, crew resource management, emergency response, and operational risk management.
